Shipping Policy

Our goal is to send you your products as quickly as possible. We take shipping and delivery very seriously. We promise to pack and handle all products carefully. Orders will be shipped from the United States (Colorado) within two business days of order receipt. Our business days are Monday through Friday.

We send an email notification when your products are shipped. If you have not received an email notification from us with two business days, please reach out. On the off chance that something has gone astray, we would love the opportunity to get everything back on track.

Shipping Time and Shipment Receipt

All products are shipped from Colorado. You should receive your products within the estimated timeframes below:

United States: within 3-5 business days via U.S. Postal Service.

Canada: within 7 business days via U.S. Postal Service.

Other Countries: within 15 business days.

Note: While we ship most orders within two business days, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Most delivery delays that occur are the result of U.S. Postal Service staff shortages and U.S. Postal Service logistics tracking and management complications due to COVID-19. U.S. Postal Service delays are outside our control. We appreciate both your business and your patience.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipment and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination postal code, and country.


Your products will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service during business hours of the delivery location. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel on or within the premises after delivery.
